Senior Software Developer - App Portal

The App Portal team is responsible for a suite of products allowing 3rd-party developers to seamlessly integrate their applications and services into the IBank Eco system. We own the IBank App Portal platform, through which IBank users can discover, acquire and run 3rd party apps.

We also own IBank Connect API used by 3rd party app developers for integrating IBank Terminal into their apps workflow.

We support apps built using modern technology stacks such as traditional Web apps, PWAs and .Net apps. 3rd party applications hosted inside a secured sandbox environment protecting our users from potential security threats. Our APIs and SDKs support different programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Java and dev environments such as Visual Studio and VS Code.

Requirements
  • Web development experience with HTML5, CSS and modern JavaScript;
  • Experience with node.js ecosystem;
  • Experience with WASM;
  • Experience with C#, .Net Core, and C++;
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern authentication standards such as SAML and oAuth2;
What we Expect from you

You'll be familiar with agile practices and have a highly technical background, comfortable discussing detailed technical aspects of system design and implementation, whilst remaining business driven. With 5+ years of systems analysis, technical analysis or business analysis experience, you'll have an expansive toolkit of communication techniques to enable shared, deep understanding of financial and technical concepts by diverse stakeholders with varying backgrounds and needs. In addition, you will have exposure to financial systems or accounting knowledge.

Front End Developer

This position is for a full-time, on-site Front End Developer with 4+ years of experience. You will create in-house web and mobile applications; design mockups and wireframes; bug fix, QA, problem solve; maintain, update, and improve existing company websites; implement websites, landing pages, and applications from concept through deployment, with a responsive, mobile-first approach; work closely with other team members in the development team.

IT Applications Administrator

We are seeking an IT Applications Administrator to provide applications support to maximize customer satisfaction, end user experience, and product uptime for core applications currently utilized by the Company. The individual will become a subject matter expert in application functionality and use within the business environment. The individual will be the primary escalation point for all application issues for business units. The individual will partner with division managers on training materials and product rollouts. Remote Support Engineer

The Engineer functions primarily in a remote support capacity assisting customers with the identification, triage and resolution of technical issues. Remote Support Engineers provide exemplary customer service by effectively answering technical questions, installing and configuring hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical problems, and performing preventative maintenance activities.
